Pear Smoothie with rice milk and sultanas
Συστατικά για 2 ποτήρια:
2 αχλάδια
1 αβοκάντο
2 Teaspoon sultanas
300 ml rice milk
Προετοιμασία:
· First wash, core and quarter the pears
· Pit the avocado and roughly chop the flesh
· Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
