Dragon fruit apple Smoothie with banana and water

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

1 light dragon fruit
1 Apple
1 banana
300 milliliter water

Preparation:

• Peel the dragon fruit and dice the flesh
• Wash, core and quarter the apple
• Now peel the banana and cut it in half
• Now put all the ingredients into the Smoothie blender and puree
• Finally, pour the Smoothie into the glasses and serve
