Pineapple chia Smoothie
Zutaten für 2 Gläser:
1 großes Stück Ananas
1 Apfel
1 Handvoll Rucola
2 Teaspoon chia seeds
300 Milliliter kaltes Wasser
Vorbereitung:
- First peel and dice the pineapple
- Wash and clean the baby spinach
- Wash, core and quarter the apple
- Now put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and serve
