Pineapple chia Smoothie

Zutaten für 2 Gläser:

1 großes Stück Ananas

1 Apfel

1 Handvoll Rucola

2 Teaspoon chia seeds

300 Milliliter kaltes Wasser

Vorbereitung:

  • First peel and dice the pineapple
  • Wash and clean the baby spinach
  • Wash, core and quarter the apple
  • Now put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and serve
