Ginger yoghurt Smoothie with milk
Zutaten für 2 Gläser:
1 kleines Stück Ingwer
2 Avocados
2 Tablespoons natural yoghurt
300 Milliliter Milch
Vorbereitung:
- First peel and halve the ginger
- Pit the avocado and roughly chop the flesh
- Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy
