Ginger persimmon Smoothie with spinach
Zutaten für 2 Gläser:
a small piece of ginger
2 Persimmon fruits
1 Handvoll Babyspinat
300 Milliliter Wasser
Vorbereitung:
- First peel and halve the ginger
- Wash the persimmons and cut them into pieces
- Then wash and clean the spinach
- Finish by putting all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy
