Ginger iceberg lettuce Smoothie with basil
Zutaten für 2 Gläser:
a small piece of ginger
1 Handvoll Eisbergsalat
1 handful fresh basil
2 grüne Äpfel
300 Milliliter Wasser
Vorbereitung:
· First peel and halve the ginger
· Wash the iceberg lettuce and basil
· Then wash, core and quarter the apples
· Finish by putting all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy
