Chia spinach Smoothie with pears

Zutaten für 2 Gläser:

4 Tablespoons chia seeds

2 Birnen

1 Handvoll Feldsalat

300 Milliliter kaltes Wasser

Agavendicksaft 

Vorbereitung:

· First wash and core the pears and cut them into pieces

· Now wash and clean the lamb’s lettuce

· Now put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and serve
