Chia-Ananas-Smoothie

Ingredients for 3 glasses:

5 Teaspoon chia seeds
1 mittelgroßes Stück Ananas
1 Handvoll Babyspinat
300 Milliliter kaltes Wasser 

Vorbereitung:

• First wash the spinach and clean it thoroughly
• Peel the pineapple and cut into pieces
• Now put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and season to taste
