Blueberry strawberry Smoothie with fruit tea
Zutaten für 2 Gläser:
300 milliliter fruit tea
100 Gramm Heidelbeeren
1 Tasse gefrorene Erdbeeren
2 Bananen
Vorbereitung:
- First boil the fresh tea and let it cool completely
- select and wash the blueberries
- Peel and halve the banana
- Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend and enjoy
