Banana Smoothie with rice milk
Zutaten für 2 Gläser:
2 Bananen
1 Handvoll Babyspinat
300 ml Reismilch
1 Teaspoon honey
Vorbereitung:
- First peel the bananas and cut them into pieces
- Wash and clean the spinach
- Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy immediately
