Banana pineapple Smoothie with chilli

Zutaten für 2 Gläser:

1 Banane

1 mittelgroßes Stück Ananas

1 Teaspoon chilli flakes

300 Milliliter kaltes Wasser

Vorbereitung:

  • First peel the banana and break it into pieces
  • Peel and dice the pineapple as well
  • Now put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and serve
