Nectarine Oat Smoothie

Zutaten für 2 Gläser:

2 Nektarinen

1 Orange

1 Banane

300 ml Hafermilch

Vorbereitung:

  • First peel the banana and cut it in half
  • Wash, core and dice the nectarines
  • Then peel, core and roughly chop the orange
  • Now put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend finely and enjoy
