Spinach rocket Smoothie with coconut water

Zutaten für 2 Gläser:

1 Handvoll Rucola
2 Grünkohlblätter
2 rote Äpfel
300 ml Kokosnusswasser 

Vorbereitung:

• First wash and clean the rocket and kale
- Die Äpfel waschen, entkernen und vierteln
• Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and serve
