Jordbær blåbær Smoothie med yoghurt

Ingredienser til 2 glas:

10 Teaspoon natural yoghurt

1 handful strawberries

150 g fresh blueberries

1 banan

300 milliliter mælk 

Forberedelse:

· First, peel the banana and cut it in half

· Wash the strawberries, remove the stalk and cut in half

· Sort and wash the blueberries

· Now put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
