Soy milk banana Smoothie with oatmeal
Ingredienser til 2 glas:
2 bananer
5 Teaspoon oat flakes
5 teskefulde naturlig yoghurt
200 milliliter soy milk
100 milliliter koldt vand
Forberedelse:
• First peel the bananas and break them into thick pieces
