Red Smoothie with ginger

Ingredienser til 2 glas:

1 beef tomato
1 håndfuld hjertesalat
1 håndfuld babyspinat
1 lille stykke ingefær
50 milliliter tomato juice
250 ml cold water 

Forberedelse:

• First wash the beef tomato, remove the stalk and cut into quarters
• Wash and clean the lettuce and baby spinach
• Peel the ginger and cut in half
- Kom alle ingredienserne i en smoothieblender, blend dem fint og nyd dem straks.
