Pear yoghurt Smoothie with mint
Ingredienser til 4 glas:
2 pærer
1 red apple
7 teskefulde naturlig yoghurt
350 milliliter milk
Forberedelse:
• First wash the pears and apple and cut them into pieces
- Kom alle ingredienserne i en smoothieblender og blend dem, indtil de er jævne.
• Finish with agave syrup or honey, pour into the glasses and serve immediately
