Pear Smoothie with blueberries

Ingredienser til 2 glas:

2 pærer

1 handful blueberries

2 dried plums

300 milliliter koldt vand 

Forberedelse:

· First wash, core and quarter the pears

· Now sort and wash the blueberries

· Cut the dried plums into coarse pieces

- Kom derefter alle ingredienserne i en smoothieblender, purér og nyd dem straks.
