Kiwi oat Smoothie with mint tea
Ingredienser til 2 glas:
1 pære
2 kiwier
5 Tablespoons oat flakes
300 ml peppermint tea
Forberedelse:
· First boil the tea fresh and let it cool
· Now wash, core and dice the pear
· Peel and quarter the kiwis
- Kom alle ingredienserne i en smoothieblender, purér dem fint og nyd dem straks.
