Ginger apple Smoothie

Ingredienser til 2 glas:

1 lille stykke ingefær
2 Apples
1 pære
Juice from 2 lemons
300 milliliter koldt vand 

Forberedelse:

• First peel the ginger and cut in half
• Wash, core and quarter the apples and pear
- Skræl nu bananen, og skær den i halve.
• Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy immediately
