Cherimoya yoghurt Smoothie with coconut

Ingredienser til 2 glas:

1 Cherimoya

1 banan

1 pære

5 spiseskefulde naturlig yoghurt

300 milliliter kokosmælk 

Forberedelse:

· First, halve the cherimoya, remove the seeds and roughly chop the flesh

· Now peel the banana and break it into thick pieces

· Then wash, core and quarter the pear

- Kom alle ingredienserne i en smoothieblender, purér dem fint og nyd dem straks.
