Cherimoya nektarin Smoothie med mynte
Ingredienser til 2 glas:
1 cherimoyafrugt
1 nektariner
1 banan
Lidt frisk mynte
325ml cold water
Forberedelse:
• First cut the cherimoya fruit in half, remove the seeds and spoon out the flesh
• Wash and core the nectarines
- Skræl nu bananen, og skær den i halve.
• Wash the fresh mint
• Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
