Breakfast Smoothie with kiwis
Ingredienser til 2 glas:
2 bananer
2 kiwier
1 handful oatmeal
10 Teaspoon natural yoghurt
300 milliliter mælk
Forberedelse:
· First peel the bananas and break them into pieces
· Now peel and quarter the kiwis
- Kom derefter alle ingredienserne i en smoothieblender, blend dem fint og nyd dem straks.
