Banana, yoghurt & coconut oil
Ingredienser til 2 glas:
2 bananas
10 Teaspoon natural yoghurt (alternatively soy yoghurt)
2 Tablespoons coconut oil
300 milliliter soy milk
Forberedelse:
• First, peel the bananas and break them into pieces
• Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender and blend until smooth
• Finally, pour the into the glasses, sweeten to taste and enjoy immediately
