Banana Strawberry Smoothie with Chia Seeds
Ingredienser til 2 glas:
2 bananas or 4 baby bananas
1 handful strawberries
2 spiseskefulde Chiafrø
200 milliliter koldt vand
50 milliliter whole milk
Agave sirup
Forberedelse:
- Skræl først bananerne, og skær dem i stykker.
• Wash the strawberries, remove the stalk and cut in half
• Put all the ingredients in the Smoothie maker and blend finely
• Finally, season with agave syrup
