Avocado yoghurt Smoothie med mango og kokosmælk

Ingredienser til 4 glas:

2 mangos
1 avocado
2 bananas
5 teskefulde naturlig yoghurt
300 ml kokosmælk

Forberedelse:

• First peel the mangoes and roughly chop the flesh
• Pit the avocado and also roughly chop the flesh
• Now peel the bananas and break them into pieces
• Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender and blend until smooth
- Hæld til sidst smoothien i glassene, og servér.
