Avocado Pear Smoothie with Coconut Water
Ingredienser til 2 glas:
2 avokadoer
1 pære
300 ml coconut water
2 Teaspoon chia seeds
Forberedelse:
• Pit the avocado and roughly chop the flesh
• Now wash, core and quarter the pears
- Blend derefter alle ingredienserne i en smoothieblender og nyd dem.
