Almond milk pear Smoothie with dates
Ingredienser til 2 glas:
2 pærer
3 Teaspoon oat flakes
300 milliliter mandelmælk
3 Dates
Forberedelse:
· First wash, core and quarter the pears
· Now pit the dates
· Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
