Mango yoghurt Smoothie with coconut
Ingredienser til 2 glas:
2 mango
1 teskefuld kokosolie
1 banan
5 spiseskefulde naturlig yoghurt
300 milliliter kokosmælk
Forberedelse:
- Skræl først mangoerne, og hak kødet groft
• Now peel the banana and break it into thick pieces
• Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
