Banana Smoothie with rice milk

Ingredienser til 2 glas:

2 bananer

1 håndfuld babyspinat

300 ml rice milk

1 Teaspoon honey

Forberedelse:

  • First peel the bananas and cut them into pieces
  • Wash and clean the spinach
  • Kom alle ingredienserne i en smoothieblender, purér og nyd dem straks.
