Cucumber pear Smoothie with fruit tea
Ingredienser til 2 glas:
½ cucumber
2 pærer
300 milliliter fruit tea
Forberedelse:
· First boil the tea fresh and let it cool
· Wash the cucumber and cut into pieces
· Now wash, core and dice the pears
- Kom derefter alle ingredienserne i en smoothieblender, purér og nyd dem straks.
