Almond Date Smoothie with Banana

Ingredienser til 2 glas:

10 Teaspoon natural yoghurt

5 Dates

1 banan

300 ml almond milk 

Forberedelse:

· First peel the banana and cut it in half

· Deseed the dates and roughly chop them

· Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
