Banana Smoothie with oat flakes and almonds
Ingredienser til 2 glas:
1 banan
1 håndfuld babyspinat
5 Tablespoons oat flakes
1 handful almonds
300 ml mælk
Forberedelse:
• First peel the banana and cut it in half
