Pear lemon Smoothie

Ingredienser til 4 glas:

2 pærer
1 Lemon
5 Tablespoon yoghurt
300 milliliter koldt vand 

Forberedelse:

• First wash the pears and cut them into pieces
• Now squeeze the lemon
- Kom alle ingredienserne i en smoothieblender og blend dem, indtil de er jævne.
• Finish with agave syrup or honey, pour into the glasses and serve immediately
