Pear ginger Smoothie with yoghurt

Ingredienser til 4 glas:

3 pærer
1 piece ginger
7 Teaspoon ginger
300 milliliter vand 

Forberedelse:

• First peel the ginger and cut it in half
• Wash and dice the pears
- Kom alle ingredienserne i en smoothieblender og blend dem, indtil de er jævne.
• Finish with agave syrup or honey, pour into the glasses and serve immediately
