Avocado yoghurt Smoothie
Ingredienser til 4 glas:
1 avocado
2 bananer
5 teskefulde naturlig yoghurt
300 ml mælk
Forberedelse:
• Pit the avocado and also roughly chop the flesh
- Skræl nu bananerne, og bræk dem i stykker.
• Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender and blend until smooth
• Finally, pour the Smoothie into the glasses and serve
