Blueberry date Smoothie with coconut milk
Ingredienser til 2 glas:
1 handful blueberries
4 Dates
1 ripe banana
150 milliliter coconut milk
150 milliliter milk
Forberedelse:
• First sort and wash the blueberries
• Core the dates
- Skræl nu bananen, og skær den i halve.
