Pineapple Banana Yoghurt Smoothie with Dates
Ingredienser til 2-4 glas:
1 medium piece of pineapple
1 ripe banana
10 spiseskefulde naturlig yoghurt
4 Dates
350 milliliter koldt vand
Honey
Forberedelse:
• Peel and dice the pineapple
- Skræl bananen, og skær den i halve
• Now core, clean and roughly chop the dates
• Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
