Raspberry yoghurt Smoothie
Ingredienser til 2 glas:
150 gram raspberries
1 red apple
5 Tablespoons natural yoghurt
300 milliliter mælk
Forberedelse:
• First sort and wash the raspberries
• Wash, core and quarter the apple
