Orange carrot Smoothie with ginger
Ingredienser til 2 glas:
Juice from 3 oranges
2 large carrots
1 lille stykke ingefær
1 banan
300 milliliter vand
Forberedelse:
• First peel the carrots, wash them and cut them into pieces
• Peel and halve the ginger as well
- Skræl nu bananen, og skær den i halve.
- Kom derefter alle ingredienserne i en smoothieblender og purér dem.
• Finish by pouring the Smoothie into the glasses and serve
