Parsley and lettuce

Složení na 2 sklenice:

1 handful lettuce
1 bunch flatleaf parsley
300 ml water 

Příprava:

• Wash and clean the lettuce
• Now wash the parsley
• Then blend all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender and enjoy
