Lamb’s lettuce banana Smoothie with nectarines

Složení na 2 sklenice:

1 hrst baby špenátu
1 hrst polníčku
2 nektarinky
300 mililitrů studené vody 

Příprava:

· First wash and clean the baby spinach and lamb’s lettuce

· Then remove the seeds from the nectarines and wash them

- Všechny ingredience vložte do mixéru, rozmixujte najemno a ihned si je vychutnejte.
