Kiwi rocket Smoothie with mint

Složení na 2 sklenice:

2 kiwi
1 hrst rakety
1 hrst čerstvé máty
300 mililitrů studené vody 

Příprava:

• First peel and dice the kiwis
• Now wash and clean the rocket
• Then wash the fresh mint
- Všechny ingredience vložte do mixéru, rozmixujte a ihned si je vychutnejte.
