Banana, yoghurt & matcha powder

Složení na 2 sklenice:

2 banány
10 Teaspoon natural yoghurt (alternatively soy yoghurt)
1 pear
12 Teaspoon matcha powder
300 milliliter cow’s milk or soy milk 

Příprava:

• First, peel the bananas and break them into pieces
• Wash, core and quarter the pear
- Poté vložte všechny ingredience do mixéru na smoothie a rozmixujte je dohladka.
• Finally, pour the into the glasses, sweeten to taste and enjoy immediately
