Pineapple and pomegranate Smoothie

Složení na 2 sklenice:

1 velký kus ananasu
4 Teaspoon pomegranate seeds
300 ml water 

Příprava:

• Peel the pineapple and cut into pieces
• Then blend all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender and enjoy
