Kale spinach Smoothie

Složení na 2 sklenice:

5 Kale leaves
1 hrst baby špenátu
350 mililitrů studené vody 

Příprava:

• First wash and clean the baby spinach and kale
• Now put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend finely and enjoy immediately
