Rocket, cucumber & green tea

Složení na 2 sklenice:

1 hrst baby špenátu
1 středně velký kus okurky
1 avokádo
300 milliliter green tea 

Příprava:

• First boil the tea fresh and let it cool completely
• Meanwhile, wash and clean the lamb’s lettuce
• Now wash and clean the cucumber and cut it into pieces
• Pit the avocado and roughly chop the flesh
