Coconut raspberry Smoothie with soy yoghurt and coconut milk 

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

2 Teaspoon coconut oil
1 handful fresh raspberries
2 Pears
5 Teaspoon soy yoghurt
200 ml milk
100 ml coconut milk

Preparation:

  • First, sort out and wash the raspberries
  • Wash, core and quarter the pears
  • Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy immediately
