Coconut raspberry Smoothie with rice milk
Ingredients for 2 glasses:
3 Teaspoon coconut oil
1 handful fresh raspberries
1 Teaspoon chia seeds
2 Pears
300 milliliter rice milk
Preparation:
• First, sort out and wash the raspberries
• Wash, core and quarter the pears
• Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy immediately
