Coconut mango Smoothie with pear

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

2 Mangos
1 handful baby spinach
2 Teaspoon coconut oil
2 red apples
300 milliliter cold water 

Preparation:

• First peel the mangoes and roughly chop the flesh
• Now wash and clean the spinach
• Then peel, core and dice the apples
• Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender and blend until creamy
• Finish by pouring into glasses and serve
